i agree that landlords add zero value to society but i dont think the existence of landlords is mutually exclusive with housing for all.
policies like national rent control/increased eviction requirements are more politically feasible and nearly as effective as moonshot plans to "abolish landlords"
I won't answer because these aren't actual questions lol. A child could answer them. You are a troll
I get that some people r just attacking you for the sake of it, but this is really not the one bro.
Your opinion is an unusual one in today’s society and will be pretty radical to people who haven’t done any reading on it, so it’s a bit disingenuous to dismiss people asking legit questions on it
if anyone is interested this article has some interesting ideas about what this would look like
OP: I'm stating this and you should believe me. Let's discuss
Someone: Asking question
OP: Nah that's a 2nd grade question
I don't know what it is you want to achieve, but you're not getting there this way

Why would you bring logic to a synopsis conversation?
Landlords literally don't contribute anything to society
They just own s*** and make more money off the fact that they own s***
And I know for a fact that a lot of ppl itt are just reacting negatively to the thread bc hating on synopsis has become a ktt meme lol
"They just own s*** and make more money off the fact that they own s***"
good for them. respect people who are out here making money

You can't be a good landlord. Sorry
You can make that argument in a different thread
Yall always ask irrelevant questions
U can ask that but you're not getting an answer sorry
Please take 2nd grade level questions elsewhere

Synopsis itt
"They just own s*** and make more money off the fact that they own s***"
good for them. respect people who are out here making money
But their ownership is a made up thing, there's no societal benefit in their ownership so let's do away with it.
Being lord in a land is kinda fire OP ion know what u on about

bootlicking mentality. Do you need me to underline the problem with what you've said here?
the whole idea of private/public land is such a cooked one. As if we own the f***ing planet
OP runs Moldavia
the whole idea of private/public land is such a cooked one. As if we own the f***ing planet
the fact that yall don't even see how society would break down if any of your ideas were implemented is hilarious
i guess that's why you stick to it because you know it will never happen
bootlicker mentality am i right
But their ownership is a made up thing, there's no societal benefit in their ownership so let's do away with it.
if you can't own any property(not just talking about land) then why should you work hard to put yourself in a position to afford things? by your train of thought, everyone should have access/own everything no matter how they contribute to society

thats the f***ing point man. The way our global civilisation as we know it has naturally structured itself over years of populating and developing is inherently f***ed. It's not working and soon we'll see the brunt of it with incoming changes in the planets climate.

To flesh out my argument a bit more you could differentiate between different kinds of property, Owning a home you actually live is fairly different from someone owning an apartment block they rent out.
id raise OPs rent without hesitation for this thread.
Good luck doing that when he lives for free with no job, no income and no marketable skills that would translate into gainful employment
