the point isn't to present the same ideas, but to evolve from them.. if they can make the new movie(s) feel less dated then that's a good thing.

Maybe the green colorgrading is replaced by a new filter in a newer Matrix.. we'll have to wait and see how they explain it

The city of New York in the og Matrix movies was based on the years 2000/2010 tops, so its good that this movie looks nothing like it

BTW, Neo's performance is what sold me ultimately (and the great writing ofcourse), his acting is ingrained in my brain... this is legit my fav movie series

this is basically a reboot. if this isn’t an alternate matrix different from the OG then they break the prophecy like disney did with darth sidious.

Yahya doesn't have the charisma nor the presence of Fishburne. Idc if he's a younger version, he's just not a good fit for Morpheus

btw this girl, Sati, was the first type of program who wasn't supposed to exist or didn't have a purpose to exist and was ultimately saved by her AI parents having some form of "love" for her... the Oracle predicted she would have tremendous impact later on

really curious to see if she makes a comeback in this new movie... the actress should be the perfect age to make a return too
