It's all a videgame and WB (literally WB, no metaphor or anything like that) is the villain played by the guy from mindhunter who wants Neo, a videogame developer, to create matrix 4 or something like that lmao
get this s*** out of here

some of y'all are missing a major thing cause you dont think
the trailer clearly showed neo on screen matrix 1 footage. We see them on the roof watching reloaded while he steps off cliff in teaser.
SO THE MACHINES ARE LIKELY MAKING HIM THINK THE FIRST 3 MOVIES WERE JUST FICTION SO THAT HE CAN RETURN TO A NORMAL LIFE. Even if that is true by that logic he would recognize trinity
so there is more to it. Its not just the "it was a dream" trope you are expecting

my current theory is that neo subconsciously disseminated his consciousness through the matrix as he died and over the course of many years the machines have somehow pieced him back together but some integral thing is missing that’s keeping him from being whole i.e matrix 4 is about finding that piece

it's an old leak apparently

yeah i hope thats one of those "what if" ideas that was just in the writing room

kind of sounds like that first idea that you come up with for a project and then over time as you refine the work you realize that that idea while inspiring won’t really work anymore so you jettison it

I'm very much buying into the idea that they're tryna convince Neo that it was all fake. NPH therapist scenes in the trailer convinced me

Blue pill teaser monologue pretty much confirms that
this is like 2 year old leaks and likely from first draft of script. Definitely meta but beyond that cant confirm
True. I remember Snyder Justice league had that s***ty plot about Bruce and Louise. But it was an early draft
I believe WB planted this leak to lower expectations
No way its real. Extremely dumb plot
Not sure why you guys are theorising on writing-room/script leaks
When there’s literally test screening, full movie plot synopsises out

LIKE WHATS UNCLEAR
You can grasp this all just from the trailer not from leaks just trailer and teasers
one person is telling him his world is a lie. The other is telling him his world is the truth.
WHO IS LYING
WHY ARE THEY LYING
LETS FLY
they don't want Neo to know he is the one or resurrected essentially again.

You gotta go back like 10 pages or something lmao nigga finally realized what the end of Revolutions and why it connects to the trailer having no green tint.
And it’s all thanks to @Wt701 slandering Revolutions 😭😭😭
Unbelievable. So he was just upset about the green tint. This nigga is a different breed
