    Its so fun.

Like we could just put a dent in the income of billionaires who will never need another single dollar to survive for generations.

But instead, let's indirectly kill poor people.
    America in big 2025

By the way they fired EVERYONE that helps prevent children's abuse during childhood abuse prevention month.

the dems didn’t want the guy that would really tax the billionaires. they’d rather have this than that

Yeah like I really have not been able to wrap my mind around how the wealthy oligarchs in this country are happy that their stock prices and wealth could tank if/when we go into a recession

i have a tech job and have a lot of friends in tech and really they’ll be fine. these massive companies plan on outsourcing a lot of their work if they haven’t already started whether it’s to AI or India and that lack of demand for american labor is going to trickle down the line. they’re cutting costs enough where it won’t matter

Yep. They just wanted to keep everything status quo and just barely help people here and there but without actually doing anything meaningful.

Republicans meanwhile said f*** it, we're just gonna take over and flip the chess board.

my hope is that its a good thing end of the day. i mean that as in 5 years down the line so much s*** will be f***ed up that the government will be forced to rebuild it in better ways that are actually functional for the citizens

Maybe. But f*** it's gonna be a rough 5 years.

I'll be in my mid 30's before things have a chance to get better. That's just sickening.

And that's if he doesn't just take over as a full blown f***ing dictator.

Don't even know why they were up to begin with.

Maybe they just wanted that last pump to squeeze as much money as possible.

I do wonder how this will play out… if Trump’s telling the truth about a potential $6t worth of investment lined up in the coming months / years, this could become a massive success story for USA-based manufacturing and re-industrialisation of America after decades of decline and other countries becoming more attractive to investors.

Short-term I don’t see the tariffs ending but medium to long-term I can see them coming down if countries (by necessity) reduce protectionist policies and open up to allowing US-made goods into their markets. Or it could all end in disaster and the average American becomes poorer as its economy becomes increasingly insular. This really is uncharted territory.

Hasn't it been clear for awhile he's trying to tank the economy

Idk about the 4/20 theory specifically but idk how he could be more clear about what he's doing

To obtain complete power and control he has to break America down and have us pleading for help and leadership.

Whether this is for Russia's gain or his own; or a combination of some sort idk.

But he's going for it all. And there's still way too many people out there that are too f***ing stupid to see it.

Trump said as the literal economy is collapsing due to his own decision making.

It will be changed to "the economy was collapsing whether Trump was in or Kamala" within days

They tried the whole "we must hurt now for the future of the economy" and it didn't stick, so it will be more excessive blaming of Democrats no matter how little sense it makes

I mean maybe, but that 4/20 theory just seems like massive failure would immediately occur with it

If that's not happening then anything else he can push will continue to be pushed through. I really just don't see martial law happening in 18 days from now which would be the absolute hardest push he can do that's somehow possible

I'm already seeing that sentiment on Twitter sadly.

They're framing it as if us no longer providing funding for transgender Healthcare somehow now exposes the economy for how dogshit Biden had it.

Even though everything directly has collapsed due to trump's decision he made just now.

I...don't understand. I really don't understand how someone can live everyday, driving a vehicle to and from work daily and be this disassociated with reality.

It's become extremely predictable what their general responses are/will be. They're flipping through new excuses faster than ever before. If it helps, they're abandoning a lot of these attempts really fast because they aren't popular

On the pro trump spots I lurk at, popularity is clearly diminishing as well

Not that it matters enough though

i try to read conservative reddit/twitter/etc but man they are just so uninformed sadly. they dont do any research they just see a headline that aligns with their beliefs and they feel validated, and dont do any further research beyond that

Imo it's much easier to believe in the echo chamber and fox news reassuring you that you're doing the right thing than face reality...that you voted to dismantle the country and you sticking to trump like d*** on s*** has made you the biggest type of a****** in modern history.

Like they've been this person for a decade at least. Clung to it like a religion perhaps even more. Facing that music is having the awareness that they're horrible human beings and have hurt alot of people.

Twitter I can't even look at anymore lol

The reddits have been very interesting to watch lately. Every week/day there is a new massive conspiracy about being botted and raided. Literally eating their own, it's hilarious. r/subredditdrama is fun to view posts regarding it, though I like to lurk the actual ones

I haven't been on 8chan in forever though, and I think it's time I check back in on thedonaldwin lol

anytime theres a negative, or even a neutral response to something trumps done, the comments get filled with "we're being brigaded! real conservatives arent the ones commenting!"

ridiculous, im just exhausted with people clinging to a belief as their entire personality with no room to have a conversation or be critical

a grown adult isnt capable of looking at something theyre a fan of and going "hm, i like this but maybe theres still things that could be improved", its sad

its the same s\*\*\* with the drake/kendrick beef and the "stan wars"

At this point it's damn near every thread, I swear

You'd think they'd take a step back and eventually at least be like "ok maybe this is a little weird" but it's like they consume no other media than these subs

It's known the site has a horrid bot issue in general, but I'd love to know how many humans are actually looking at these subs daily in 2025
