Nahhh yall gave Push almost a whole week after duppy dropped
It was 3 days, let’s relax
Question that I’m not trying to debate, but just see what others think:
If you were to make 2 playlists of Kendrick and drake’s discographies, which would be more dynamic? Would you hear the differences from 2013 Kendrick music to 2022 like you would 2013 Drake to 2015 to 2018 to 2021 and then 2023? Would the Kendrick playlist sound like a massive collection from the same specific style and sound?
They're both pretty dynamic musically. A playlist with Rigamortis, For Free, Lust and N95 would be wild. Similarly, Drake has experimented with many different genres of music to success.
Lyrically, Kendrick is way more dynamic and has exhibited more growth on wax though. It's not close. As for Drake, that's one of the real knocks that people keep going back to. He's been pretty static as a personality for a long time. TPAB Kendrick, DAMN Kendrick, Mr Morale Kendrick are all very different people in certain ways.
drake is posted up w 20 people that look like this every day
yeah the resemblance is uncanny
might be the same person

yeah the resemblance is uncanny
might be the same person

who's the guy behind him
It was 3 days, let’s relax
It was pushing 4 days but alright lol. I remember the energy, niggas was almost ready to say it’s over
hes not saying that either, hes just saying would your listening experience feel more dynamic? thats probably accurate, but Kendricks sounds vary too, esp if you add in his features
What I meant from the years was just how his voice and style sounds not necessarily the forays into the genres. Like 2011-2013 Drake sounds pretty different from 2018-2020, and 2022-23 Drake.
kenny actually a genius though, mf just has to drop one of these kinda tracks every 5-10 years and mfs make threads like this and argue about it over and over again
classic
who's the guy behind him
the 20 people behind him?
And your absence is very concernin'
It's like you went on vacation with no plan of returnin'
S*** is purely for sport, I need a 30 for 30
Banners are ready case we need to retire your jersey
Yeah I agree, he has slowed down a bit in the hits category, but I just believe it’s a lapse in judgement if Kendrick thinks that’s his cue to strike. He may not pump out hits at the same rate but he is still dangerous as a lyricist I think we all know that
Honestly I wouldn’t say it’s Drake on a decline but HipHop in general.
Before, Drake was the top artist when Rap overtook Rock as the number 1 genre.

yeah, i was encompassing all of it, i think Kenny's voice and style and flows have changed drastically too, but im thinking of all the music he has made inc his albums and i think its pretty all on par, with Drake just having a much larger sample size to pull from
i really wonder what a person like winter thinks when they walk out and about on a normal day
reddit/nerd community really undermining drizzy’s pen game, they really think he’s cooked
none of Kendrick’s albums sounds the same
can’t say the same for Drake
Yeah Kendricks last album sounded like dogshit buddy
It was pushing 4 days but alright lol. I remember the energy, niggas was almost ready to say it’s over
And then it ended when he dropped
i really wonder what a person like winter thinks when they walk out and about on a normal day

Which rapper you prefer is subjective but anyone can tell you Drake offers much more diversity. Kendrick hasn't really branched out of rap in almost a decade. Drake has incorporated multiple genres and experimented with stuff like Honestly Nevermind. A Drake playlist could last an hour or 2 longer than Kendrick's that's nothing about the quality it's just that Drake isn't afraid to take risks even if they don't always pay off
This sums up Kendrick stans on here
Lmaoooo Kenny Stan’s in a nutshell
none of Kendrick’s albums sounds the same
can’t say the same for Drake
Kendrick also doesn’t go get the biggest features and more so relies on himself to craft his albums.
