SilasPeople say Drake declined after IYRTITL but that's not completely accurate.
We saw some of the lyrical decline with Views but that album had too many gems that made up for it.
Drake's real decline (artistically) started after More Life.

the only thing that matters is that kendrick has disappointed a lot of his real fans.
when control drop - aftwrwards, he disappeared - drake fans said he ducking. which kenny fans defended.
he then started doing mysterious music while drake was the one who was actually consistently dropping.
now, he comes out of the woodworks tryna claim he better- i think this is hypocritical and clout chasing on kenny's part

It's still a good album.
Kendrick's lows are better than most rappers highs.
Very good at crafting albums. He understands the assignment at all times and stays focus on what he wants to convey.
