definitely is, as well as the act of actually enjoying your food tbh. theres always the notion of eating while working, watching tv, computer, phone, something so distracting that you dont even get enjoyment out of eating. part of it i feel is due to the demanding work schedule

I dated someone from Italy and when I ate a sandwich or something when i was walking around they were mortified lmao. They were like you NEED to sit down and eat that hahaha it’s for sure an american thing.

Good luck man! Happy to hear! Chicken breast i cook at 400-450, so the juice doesn’t evaporate. Be generous with the spices, but you’ll eventually overdo and underdo and get a feel for it!
Might be worth getting a meat thermometer so you don’t overcook the meat too!

I'm gonna get the necessary items and give it a try and then I'll post (even tho it'll be ass hahaha)

Just don’t give up! Figure out where it went wrong and keep trying. After a few times you got it. It’s like riding a bike too, once you got it, you have it for life. It’s a skill you can pass down to your kids someday and everything.

The easiest and lazy way is buss down a Costco chicken, chop the meat and store in the freezer until needed. I be having chicken ready for salads, soups, pitas, etc

It’s for sure good and convenient. But it does work the same as a convection oven so whichever device you choose to use, youll get the same result.

Never tried quinoa bowls they any good?

Can be fire and versatile, bascially any veggies you got can go in them

Make some quinoa, get an avocado and slice it up, add a can of chickpeas, a cucumber, some tomatoes, red onions, a lemon and tahini dressing is great. Add chicken if you want some meat in it.

@OvOJersey one more tip, is flash frozen vegetables are usually a lot better than regular vegetables unless you’re getting it from a local farm. They retain all their nutrients, as opposed to something left on a shelf degrades. So it’s much more flavourful. Broccoli, corn, pees all that s*** is better frozen. Last pro tip! Seriously just start cooking 1-2 meals a week and adjust slowly but consistently, in a year or two you wont ever look back.
