Recently made that mistake of eating delicious burgers again. Them s***s really the worst for you, but damn are they good
Homemade brother, so you can watch your calories. You got burger joints nowadays that make sauces with enough fat to make you grow a triple chin in one bite

I find homemade burgers really hard to get right. It’s one of the few things I dont mind paying for eating out because I cant make it like that at home. Unlike say a steak.
Yeah my favourite food ive ever had travelling is Mexican food. Those 1 dollar tacos from street vendors is just insane. Tbf a lot of street food is healthy in most places in the world. It’s really usa and canada and probably some European places that have the problem.
When I was in Germany and Japan i was eating crazy and still losing weight.
Especially Japan.. they're portions are way smaller

That Smashburger technique go crazy

Yeah just start slow! Cooking when you’re not in a rush is a LOT of fun.
Like pop a chicken breast in the oven with some brown sugar, onions, garlic, cumin and some multi purpose spice mix that you get at a butchers shop. Put some olive oil on it first so the spice sticks. I like wrapping the chicken in aluminum foil so it keeps the juices in. Microwave a potato and put some butter on it. Get some frozen vegetables and just boil and steam them in 10 minutes and mix a bit of butter in with them after. Ready in 20 minutes, faster than if you ordered in. Requires absolute minimum effort.
You can do pretty much the same thing with frozen cod fish, catfish and a bunch of other seafood.
Frozen shrimp fried with some garlic butter and multi purpose spice mix, fry it in a pan for a like 6 minutes.
Even premaid ribs from the store you just pop in the oven.
Soup is the easiest thing in the world, lots of tutorials online for it
Couple suggestions that’s how I started!
Learning the different ways to cook eggs, is a great way to be introduced to the basics too!
Good luck man! You’re health is everything you have, so you gotta take care of it!!
You 100% right and I'm about to follow that instruction just SS'd it lmaoo 📸
And yeah I might really get into seafood more it's so good, had bronzino the other week and it was fkn amazing so then got like some spiced salmon and it was amazing too. Def gotta get in the bag u right

Just takes practice. Anything is doable if you really wanna get it done...except for pizza at home. Not worth it.

Good luck man! Happy to hear! Chicken breast i cook at 400-450, so the juice doesn’t evaporate. Be generous with the spices, but you’ll eventually overdo and underdo and get a feel for it!
Might be worth getting a meat thermometer so you don’t overcook the meat too!

The world don't know
I had culvers for the first time like two years ago when I was in Texas. Changed my life
Oh yeah I bet! It really is an american/american influenced place problem.
definitely is, as well as the act of actually enjoying your food tbh. theres always the notion of eating while working, watching tv, computer, phone, something so distracting that you dont even get enjoyment out of eating. part of it i feel is due to the demanding work schedule
