In that context, the decision not to conceptualise the event favourably was based on the lack of sufficient and timely information and technical documentation, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations, by the organiser.

For each event to be developed in the Capital District, the technical and functional conditions must be evaluated independently in response to the documentation provided by the organiser.
