Lamar has been postponed and we apologise to the more than 30,000 fans who hoped to live a historic night in Vive Claro Cultural District.

The concert could not be carried out due to a strictly documentary matter that prevented the IDIGER from completing its approval process within the established deadlines, taking into account that the times provided for in the regulations for this type of event are particularly short. However, it is reiterated that Vive Claro complies with all security specifications, protocols and international standards. The venue was fully prepared and in optimal conditions to receive the public and develop the event with total normality.

All fans who so wish will receive a refund of their tickets in accordance with the procedure and times indicated by Ticketmaster for this purpose. If you bought ticketing, you will receive an email with the necessary information to exercise your right.

Vive Claro Cultural District is designed to be the most important show venue in Colombia and already demonstrated it at its inauguration with Green Day, where more than 40,000 attendees lived a historic show without incident. Our commitment to safety, coexistence and culture is intact.

Bogotá D.C., September 28, 2025 - Given the concerns of the public and the media about the 'Kendrick Lamar' event, scheduled for September 27, the District Institute of Risk Management and Climate Change

(IDIGER) reports on the evaluation process and the result of it.

The mission of IDIGER is to comprehensively manage risk in the Capital District. In that context, the decision not to conceptualise the event favourably was based on the lack of sufficient and timely information and technical documentation, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations, by the organiser.

For each event to be developed in the Capital District, the technical and functional conditions must be evaluated independently in response to the documentation provided by the organiser.

Technical reason for the concept of non-compliance:

The current regulations establish the need to have risk a***ysis

Detailed, functional and logistical mitigation measures, as well as technical certifications by the organiser that support comprehensive measures for human safety in this type of activity, conditions that were not accredited in full in a timely manner.

It should be noted that each public show must be evaluated and approved autonomously and independently, based on the specific information presented by its organiser. The regulations on public agglomerations require the delivery of rigourous risk a***yses, along with mitigation measures and technical support that guarantee the implementation of comprehensive security conditions.

The District Administration, and in particular the IDIGER, will continue to advance the technical accompaniment as it has been doing to all the scenarios intended for public agglomerations in the Capital District.
