The first 2 verses were amazing. I do think the daughter verse was Kendricks biggest misstep, because even if the daughter thing was true he clearly isn’t in a position to prove it and my biggest gripe with it is it took all the attention away from the rest of the song and kinda makes the song drag on. If he woulda went to the last verse after the parents verse it woulda been nothing but concise evil
