We’re back to arguing with basic math I see
The evidence that more tracks = more first week streams for major artists is literally clear as day yet they still choose to refute it
I love that the streaming gap between Drake and everyone else in hip hop keeps increasing. If you’re gonna betray everything hip hop supposedly stands for to destroy the guy keeping the lights on make sure he’s actually dead
It was just a rap battle this isn’t dungeons and dragons dweeb

Some of y’all treat this rap s*** like anime and it’s so weird
In what scenario via rap batting does Drakes streams suddenly go to 0 and he’s dead?
Why do Drake stans think that needed to be the outcome ?
It doesn’t depend. The evidence is right there.
Of the albums that make up the Top 50 of the Biggest Streaming Weeks ever:
Obviously 10 vs 25 for an extreme example. yea its easier with 25. But after a certain point i dont think it matters.
Like Carti album had 30 songs i dont think furst week numbers would change if it had 26 songs. the drop off from top of tracklist to bottom was huge. if it was less songs the other songs would just have slightly higher streams imo.

Her loss only 4 tracks more than GNX outstreamed it by 200 million 😂😂😂

They have to make up a win to prove Drake is better than Kendrick
Like how this thread originated lol

Drake is more popular nobody is arguing against that
But if Kendrick was thirsty for streams and sales he could’ve just threw NLU on GNX to make it closer, but he’s not.
Kendrick popped out and beat Drake at his own numbers game just to show how easy it is, and yall ain’t never been the same since
Drake pls drop the red button or the song that beam wrote

“ the song that beam wrote”
Which one

Even Ja Rule had a comeback song after he lost his beef. Nobody unironically thought Drake's career would die after the beef.

Jada even won a Verzuz round with this track.

Okay, so how do you explain how the exact average of the Top 50 highest streaming weeks ever for albums is 20.16 songs? What does that mean?
How do you rationalize the fact that exactly 25 of the 50 albums have at least 20+ songs? And that only 14 of them have 16 songs or less?
And that there is only one album in the entire Top 50 with fewer than 12 tracks?
Are all of these facts just coincidences? Or is there a logical and reasonable conclusion to draw regarding how track count affects first week streaming totals for major artists?

https://twitter.com/PopBase/status/1900897905944191296My point is that 20+ track albums are more likely to debut with higher streaming numbers than shorter albums. Obviously, the higher you get leads to diminishing returns. But the magic number is 20. The stats literally back that up.
The sweet spot is honestly somewhere between 18 and 23 songs. Most of the albums within the Top 50 have at least 18 tracks, 32 of them to be exact.
@fader I'd argue "New York" is a better comeback post beef rap song than What Did I Miss.
Thoughts?

Why do yall put culture in quotations? Is hip hop not a legitimate culture to you?

Speak for yourself because MANY people pronounced his career dead right after the beef.
