Same thing will happen to Morgan when he’s like 6 or 7 albums. he will not be able to have this kind of longevity even if he grows in stardom.

Oh, well, that's still left to be seen but I personally don't feel he'll have issues still having crazy longevity with his albums. He knows his audience well and he plays to his strengths. He's also pacing himself release-wise. His debut album dropped on 2018, his sophomore dropped in 2021 and his third album dropped last year. If he sticks to that schedule, it means he'll release 3 more albums before the end of the decade. 6 albums isn't a lot of songs to get through because all fans need to do to keep them very steady on the charts is to keep streaming the singles off each of them. He's already set to end the decade with at least 2 Diamond-eligible albums. If his hype doesn't completely fizzle out before then, he could end the decade with as many as 4 or 5 Diamond albums.
