After the Donda LP1 performance was over I could actually remember songs like 24, Moon, Praise God, Jail
Those were big moments. I really can't remember too much from this but some of it in the beginning sounded aight
LP1 come to life?
come to life wasnt even played at lp1
I edited my post, I'm sure my point was understood tho.......
Come to life wasn’t until LP3 chief so that’s cap. Praise God and Moon was decent.
Jail saved that whole debacle and that was strictly cuz of the Hov verse
Moon was deadass a 15 second loop man
2 hrs 15 mins
I wouldn't call it finished
I meant the event I didn’t expect any s*** from the album
pick me up before I'm drown
this s*** the hardest song so far, and it being after that mid migos song make it harder
produced by atljacob 🔥🔥🔥
Technically speaking doing a sequel is more original for him and a new "era" would be the same old.
It's like some serious old head energy itt rn. Thats not to say that all the songs are perfect or anything
I’m trying really hard not to hate, but it’s just disappointing because we know he’s capable of better. Hell he was literally capable of better in the same show, those first few songs were great and the whole thing could be great with actual finished lyrics. But the fact that he’s out here selling stadium tickets and making a whole spectacle of a project where he can’t even be bothered to finish 70% of his verses is frustrating in itself, not to mention that the performance half was just embarrassing and I’m guessing it was in large part due to having pulled out of the Apple deal in addition to just straight up not rehearsing.
Like yes I get that there’s some old head energy in this, but he just dropped an 8/10 minimum album last year. I’m not saying “new Kanye is bad”, I’m saying THIS is bad and he can do better.
I hope this guy comes back better and stronger, with better music and a brtter crew because it's sad seeing him lose
im fine w being classified as an "old head" at this point, even the best s*** from JIK onwards doesn't even stack up to mid level s*** from the albums released before them
This to me just feels like nostalgia talking tbh n I love old ye s***. Ppl have so much f***ing ego wrapped into this man's albums its weird
Stop the cap
I only really liked the Sean Leon song but the first x song, the one with keem and the migos, the one with vory, and the one with Soulja were nice too. I forgot about the vory one ngl. The jack Harlow verse was hard as f*** but yea man this ain’t looking good
it may not be done but a lot of the production n stuff is pretty weak this time around
Moon was deadass a 15 second loop man
Niggas romanticizing that whole s***. Out of everything he’s done and I mean everything I was the most pissed after that
FWIW: McDonalds applications were handed out

I edited my post. And I said I remembered them, not that they were necessarily good or bad. I should've said more in my post
I remembered Tell The Vision because of how awful and pointless it seemed
