Meanwhile, I really like how intimate Donda is sounding. It's very foreboding and stripped back for the most part, with some breakthroughs by features to make it still more like a traditional rap album. Kanye is way more honest with his emotions instead of trying to tote his christian scorecard, yeah there's a lot of God here but it's a man struggling with his life and reaching out to God instead of trying to be the next messenger
