I cant wait for cdq I'm losing my family. I feel like ye censored a lot of the album to be on better terms with Kim and it's overall worse for it lyrics lyrically compared to earlier versions

Oct 30, 2021·1 replyI absolutely love this project. I find myself falling obsessively with different tracks after some time. Whether it’s the melodic and delicate delivery from Thug on Remote Control - which I feel is super underrated - or the sinister soundscape of Ok Ok, the album is just a luxury listen.
My gripe with it seems to be that it almost feels like a data dump which is odd considering thematically it had all the ingredients of being structurally sound and focused.
Regardless, I do think it contains some of Ye’s strongest work that just needed some heavy trimming & a cover.
