As far as we know, the label haven't submitted the album to streaming services yet - it's just been delivered to them. It could still be a while before they submit it, or they could have done it through the night. Either way, Kanye's done messing with the album now, his version is "finished" (unless he does some post-release changes like TLOP). We should hear it soon.
