hey man relaxpeople dont realize how deliberate kanye is regarding much of what he does
he knows what he’s doing, people are going to be in shock when they read this article. he’s putting himself in the general consciousness as quickly as possible, which is done through speaking with a platform in preposterous ways, on controversial topics that sit in the epicenter of public discourse.
He’s a jester in the ultimate sense, a step ahead of his own joke every single time. As time goes on, he will begin to crystallize his visions and policies more and more until before you realize it, he has done what previously seemed impossible to you
But as of right now, speaking with such overt religious speech will not only leave the general public waiting for what he has to say next, but will make one of trump’s arguably biggest crowds possibly reconsider their vote

i more meant that time 2000-2007 is like the most kanye music focused time to me. he was just doing so many beats for himself and others, coming up with loads of hooks (like he actually wrote a lot of those hooks for the R&B songs he did) and his content in his own music was great too.
With Down and Out specifically, i thought it came out of a ye session from all day who was around ye a lot at that time and ye did the hook, then the labels f***ed up the credits.
It's still a great cam song either way.
Ye snapped on Dead or Alive for cam tho which is a solo production
that might be one of the only folk flips ye ever did, maybe lost in the world too but idk who produced that

Yea i feel like Ye not crazy, he just gives into his whims a lot more now. That means if he read or sees some conspiracy s*** he feels he agrees w, he’s just gonna go w it, and not rlly think abt it too much. Makes him super susceptible to populist politics n weird religious s***, which sucks, but I think what he’s going thru is just natural for someone who “has it all” but still feels incomplete

The one thing I like about Biden is he seems like he gives in easily in terms of moving more left on issues

for me, it’s not even a siphoning votes thing as much as it’s me worrying about his mind state because he’s gung ho yet 5 years after announcing he’ll run, he’s done absolutely no research on anything. he can’t answer ONE question without devolving into religion, conspiracy or a tangent totally unrelated to to the question.
and it’s not even like he’s dodging the answer. i think he just has no idea what he’s talking about. i’m genuinely worried about his psyche.
it’s not even about someone have grand aspirations because his whole career is grand aspirations. but when he wanted to be a producer he was on that ASR. when he wanted to be a rapper, he was freestyling for anyone who would listen. when he wanted to be a filmmaker he directed two short films back to back. one of which went to cannes. when he wanted to be a designer he made samples and shoes and acquired deals.
he’s running for president and knows nothing about anything. it feels like a manic episode, not a genuine goal that he plans on working for or maintaining if he was to ever achieve it. he can’t even consistently run his record label.

one more thing ill say is its difficult for me to understand why this creates more emotional investment in the age of cancel culture.
