We have seen how awful “due process” is.

The justice system is f***ed and it’s very bias in these circumstances. I agree you can’t take everything at face value but I don’t think anyone should instantly discount someone as lying. It’s just weird to me how inconsistent people are about this s***. The mentality that women are lying is the same mentality that holds back black people from the justice system.

Because people point to one or two instances where the law fails and it’s exposed, but don’t consider the vast amount of times where the law fails and doesn’t find the criminal guilty (in the instance of rape and sexual assault.)
