False accusations aren't common and when they are they barely gain ground

As I said itt last night it sucks that when they do happen theres usually a race element to it (white woman accusing black man) but it still is such a small majority that I can't understand why ppl want to talk about it so much

What statistic do you have to back this if majority of false accusations don’t make it to court how could you possibly know how common it is since you’re acting like you’re using facts

If only 2-10% of all cases are false accusations then the ones that dont gain ground are even less so and even then, if they dont gain ground or get to court, why does it matter?

There is literally zero proof to tell how many accusations are fake or true since a Large majority of them result in nothing being proven

Matters because this kind of s*** destroys a person image and even when they’re falsely acusase they still have that looming over their life regardless. The s*** is not cool.

people create thought patterns based on what they know and fear not statistics. Not everyone is privy to that information.

It could happen to a friend they know and change their perception on the matter for good. Sadly most men (especially in the workplace) exchange their stories ("this female co-worker almost got me fired by telling the boss I'm a creep" type of situations). True or not, the listener feels like this can happen to them too.

Just look at how Emmet till sparked a whole Civil rights movement and till this day there's a mistrust towards white women when it's comes to them dealing with black men (idk the statistics on how many white women falsely accuse black men of SA/rape/abuse but I'm willing to bet that's it's a small minority too)
