And that’s because in one form or another, Batman vs Superman in all mediums is usually portrayed as two guys relying on their physical strength to overpower one another. This is fine itself but it becomes a crutch when making the two fight because you have to account for them being physically unmatched

It then becomes a juggling act of showing how cool it would be to see the two throwing hands while trying to convey the imbalance in power

The ideal Batman vs Superman sequence would involve psychological and moral warfare, an amped up version of Batman vs the Joker from the interrogation to Rachel’s death

We’re talking about two morally incorruptible yet slightly opposing powerful individuals who can’t rely on their physical strength, with one holding back because he cares about the other. There’s more potential here than punches and Superman being tricked by kryptonite

EXACTLY one of my favorite fights is Batman vs Lord Batman in JLU and they're barely fighting but more or less arguing about the choices they've made while shoving eachother.
Now you can throw a good fight on there because Bruce knows he can take it and Clark is holding back just for the flair. But it's a battle of beliefs is what I'm interested in

that’s the problem and I’ve seen his film Clown. A good concept ruined by bland execution which sums up Watts entire career.
