First, Yuta’s power from JJK0 was retconned by removing the unconditional part of his technique, Copy.

Second, in a bid to fool the higher ups, Yuta revealed (in the season finale for S2) his intention to execute Yuji because Inumaki got caught in Sukuna’s domain expansion. Anime got it wrong since he only lost his left arm Funny thing is the explanation for why he had Inumaki’s technique wasn’t explained until way later in the story but imma let y’all piece it together
