Most other shounen wouldve probably introduced smaller villains for characters like Choso, Kusakabe, Ino, Higurama etc. Like One Piece essentially comes up with a full roster of minor villains that are simply there to give the main cast the space to grow. Gege didnt give af tho and makes everybody fight one guy

I understand the complaint but it’s essentially a gauntlet so it’s going to be him running through as many opponents like the Heian era. It’s intentional. I don’t think there’s anyone after Miguel besides like mei mei lol

I’m just surprised the bad guy is winning to this extent (not mad at all, just not the formula in any shonen). I will say if he goes somehow back to 100% and gets beaten after from some random power up that isn’t Megumi retaliating or Yuji fusing with the merger, it might be an actual asspull of a victory

No one at this point can beat him unless they whittle him down to exactly 1hp which it seems to be going in that direction

If this just him outright defeating everyone then Gege is insane, this would be Sukuna’s manga, even if Yuji comes back for seconds. I’m here for it lol the week wait is so frustrating, especially with leaks being a day later now.
