First of all that’s a bull s*** point.
Sampling shouldn’t be looked down on. It take a tremendous amount of creativity to take a song and take a small piece of it and create something completely new. You act like he’s rapping over Pink Floyd songs.
Listen to king crimsons 21 century schizoid man then listen to power. Tell me Kanye wasn’t creative with that song. Tell me that someone else could’ve done that.

Since y’all are using the term “artist” to separate him from other rappers.
He’s not in the discussion with artist who can actually play instruments and sang /created music out of their own skills and talents at the most elite level
