Scorpion is just so dumb bland and weak. Even mixing is dry af, album just doesn't sound any type of way and half of the s*** are skips. For Views you could at least have an argument of it being a pop-oriented album, Scorpion meanwhile is just bad at everything. Has like 3-4 actually good songs on each side and they're not even memorable like that too.

Summer Games and RHB were eh but people enjoyed most the album.

Views is definitely better than Scorpion. With Views I can at least tell there was an effort made. It shows in the album itself and the leaks and singles released prior to it. Drake was really trying to make his best album. I don't think it's his best, but you can tell it was a very well thought out and put together album.

Scorpion really just feels like a slap dash album where the primary focus was making a few hits and the rest of the album was just thrown together without a rhyme or reason. It felt lazy. Maybe if he kept it to just Side A with a few tracks from Side B added, then rearranged it could make for a great album.

As it is now though it's just...honestly it's just a chore to get through. I don't get that feeling of it being a chore to listen through Views.

Drake is an album guy. Maybe you just don’t like drake that much. His albums resonate on a very wide scale.

In its current form its definitely flawed, but many flawed albums are considered classics just off merit of popularity and legacy without having perfect execution. Views was definitely a huge moment, and general reception is warming up for it so I feel like it could considered a classic with time. Nobody calling it a perfect album tho

Personally listen to scorpion almost weekly and its still great besides the jay track, summer games and rhb. Got way better with time
