There has never been a single person that has come out saying that Tyler is actually a bad person in real life, but y’all in here trying to over a***yze him like y’all actually know him lmaoo
It's all jealousy. He's everything they hate about people wrapped up in someone who used to be a forum poster. His existence is rage bait for so many people on here
it is, no reason this should be on camera
Jerrod spoke about this. He said there’s been a handful of people he’s been wanting hard conversations with and with his depression, he couldn’t do it
So with the cameras, it kinda forced himself to have those convos and he hopes it encourages others to have those convos, no matter how uncomfortable it is
This blatant ass lie
Alright where’s the lie
Because Hodgy was the only member who cut himself off from everyone in OF
People itt typing essays about how Tyler is a bad person because someone with 10 cameras tried to manipulate his way into a relationship lmao
I guess I just don’t care about maturity or growth bc I found the juvenileness of Tyler’s pre Flower Boy music kind of endearing. It made it feel real. Listening to Wolf really brings you to the Flog Gnaw summer camp. As for musical growth and maturity, I think he’s always had it, and this is really obvious on Wolf. Whatever music theory he learned only helped him market it to a wider audience imo. Flower Boy is good but I’ll repeat what I said before - he has always wanted to make poppy, radio approved rap music that would be ubiquitous. He did it. Really well. But the stuff he made on his way there, before he had the tools to actualize that goal, were better imo.
I think thats fair
That just sounds like personal taste, I don’t think anyone can say you’re wrong for your personal taste
Jerrod weird to do this in front of cameras to your so called best friend. Probably why Tyler reacted like that

I want to be clear I am not pro Jerrod in this instance i am simply hating on Tyler as a whole because I find him annoying
Jerrod said he was inspired by the Kardashians for this show lol
It’s a reality show but talking about his personal struggles and some unsaid stuff between the closest people in his life
He made this show in order to have those tough conversations in hope of resolutions and connect with those people
I want to be clear I am not pro Jerrod in this instance i am simply hating on Tyler as a whole because I find him annoying
Yeah I know I said that already
Alright where’s the lie
Because Hodgy was the only member who cut himself off from everyone in OF
Its so stupid when people say tyler is a snake because of earl and hodgy
Earl and tyler have never stopped being friends , they just stopped being as close
And hodgy and tyler have been cool for like 6 years
I think thats fair
That just sounds like personal taste, I don’t think anyone can say you’re wrong for your personal taste
I guess what I will argue is that his decision to soften his edges wasn’t maturation but cynical rebranding with the intent of shifting to a wider audience. The rape and fà g jokes yeah he grew up from that, but it coincided with a realization that he had a real knack for pop rap and production. IGOR is an amazing turn to form — Flower Boy has always stood out as apparently excellently produced but thematically the least interesting thing he’s done.
His apathy is not endearing, imo. Without seeming childish, the best way I can word it is that he essentially got famous for being a mean kid. He grew up, rebranded as flowers and smiles, but maintains his mean spirit just spews it outward in a different way.
Tyler is the white woman who became a nurse after highschool. Stay woke

also Tyler played it off nicely enough that he'll continue being friends w/ him as opposed to cutting him off completely

I don’t understand why either lmao I think I have a theory on why but then i’m gonna get called a hater

I do think it was a conscious decision but to say it wasn’t maturing at all i think isn’t fair
Tyler was 26 turning 27 when he made flower boy and going through some legit major life changes like you can tell during the process of that album it was really setting in for him that Odd Future was over and he wasn’t as close to his friends anymore, also obviously the sexuality element, and him genuinely being worried about the status of his career I think stuff like that will actually mature a person even if it wad a conscious decision to lean into it within the music

This. Again I encourage everyone to hear his story about that era and why it was important for him to mature. I think that real life s*** relatable s*** tbh

There’s people here tracking his personal relationships but I’m the insane one for saying “he seems like a d***”
Niggas are writing full blown dissertations about Tyler's personality and I still can't even tell if this s*** is real or fake lol
I had the same thing happen to me in college man, after like 3 years of friendship. After he told me I didn’t speak to him for a few months then we became cool again down the road.
Personally it was difficult to process because I also looked at dude as fam as he knew (and helped out) my parents and family but I was thinking to myself, “was this nigga trying to turn me out, knowing I’m straight??” Not sure what Tyler’s orientation is but he could be feeling similar, like why did my brother tell me he had feelings for me?
