or just give workers healthcare ?
or just give workers healthcare ?
All workers who do 20 hours per week atleast get healthcare
Not defending but just wanted to throw that info out
Yes, I hate the wealth bezos accumulated while lining his pockets makes sense
This is just a stupid argument.
Go to Walmart? Target? Barnes & Noble? Ebay?
Some things you need to buy are only available at major companies. Some people live no where near small businesses for particular products.
All these major companies aren't much better than the next. You can hate what they do and still have to use them, and this is especially true of poorer people with no other options.

Ever heard of a boycott? Its easy to criticize a system your taking advance of without taking action. Imagine if Martin Luther just complained about the church and took no action. Imagine MLK never organized the bus boycotts and just complained on KTT2

this nigga comparing the civil rights movement to a big business boycott
this nigga comparing the civil rights movement to a big business boycott
Keep deflecting
or just give workers healthcare ?
we already do that and its sheit. Bezos empire is built on delivering goods and services at very very affordable prices
why wouldn't his hospital be the same?
this would be the best healthcare that his workers would ever get based on their skills... which if youre in the warehouse are none.
this would also be revolutionary in the fact that workers would be able to seamlessly go from work to hospital to work again. the hospital is built into their work life so taking time off to go to the doctor wouldnt be a thing. taking a huge step into mixing career and lifestyle making it one. truly astonishing
this nigga comparing the civil rights movement to a big business boycott
using big business in a way as if CRM isn't part of the same system, fascinating

Apples and oranges
The level in which a boycott would matter to these companies with owners so substantially wealthy is none
The most effective thing to do is educate as often as possible so that people can unlearn. The worshipping (or forgiving or excusing) of the ultra wealthy is the least we should be doing.
So yea, they should come to KTT to talk about it every time they see the conversation brought up.
It's not hating. It's material difference.

Bullshit
The only reason amazon has the money it has is because people give it to them
If people stop buying from amazon the company will fail and if thats your goal organize and make some scarifies
Cause you need Amazon prime to live right
This meme doesn’t apply well lol
it does apply
the point is he's trying to be "mr. gotcha" and dismiss any criticism because of arbitrary qualifiers

what's worse is that amazon prime isn't even the reason Bezos has so much wealth in the first place, so pointing it out is a non-starter
you are right though, it's not a necessity

Never gets old
Well tbh, Amazon Prime isn’t a necessity. You don’t need that unless you really want it though

Not bullshit.
In just recent times, people have began unlearning things about what it means to be ultra wealthy, far too late for a boycott that would've been more effective 5 years ago.
And super poor people, and a ton of upper middle class who are comfortable enough, simply, do not give a s***.
Major companies have so many consumers and you think boycotting matters. Matter of fact, people DO boycott Amazon and that doesn't change s***. He's gonna make his money off the cheap labor, not the products.
