First listen, Disc 1 is much more of an interesting listen, and has a lot more going on, highs and lows. Disc 2 just reminds me of…typical Cole. Some songs and performances that work, but too inconsistent to call it worthwhile. It’s a double disc, so imma gonna listen more obviously, but I can’t lie, Disc 2 being Cole’s final album kinda blows. He’s been potential-man his whole career and felt like he never fully got there artistically
