Lot of great "straight to streaming" rap biopics but to be a huge movie I think only about 5-10 rappers would work.

It cannot be overstated how big In Da Club is. It clears every Wayne song by a huge margin. It’s going to pop up a lot in algorithms of casual rap fans and that’s all it takes to gain a monthly listener.

i don’t think people underestimate how big he is it’s just mindblowing he still has this impact off 1 album that came out over 20 years ago. his run was extremely short compared to guys like wayne who put out hits in multiple eras
