the new government are in fact sunni islamic fascists, this is not "zionist propaganda". the zionists installed Jolani and HTS so that they could pit Syrian ethnic groups against each other and benefit from it. this isnt difficult to understand -- the US has done the same thing in many places like Sudan, Rwanda, Yugoslavia, etc.

the options are not IOF-turkish occupation or accepting a government that mass murders alawites, kurds, and druze. syrians have been fighting both at once since the coup against the syrian nation began last year.

Israelis and US supported a HTS/Jolani government in HOPES that it will pit Syrians against each other, and this whole “the new government are Takfris” is part of it.

The new government is doing a s***ty job at creating a united Syrian identity, but I don’t buy this idea that Jolani is some secret Mossad agent planning to divide Syria. If he was, his government wouldn’t be trying to create agreements with Kurds and Druze.

But even if he is, I’m still not gonna play the same game as Israelis and adding fuel to the fire.

Coz everyone else is either Kurds that are allied with the US in hopes of building an “independent Kurdish” state and Druze that are allied with Israel in hopes of building an “independent Druze state”.

in case you haven't noticed these are the only armed groups fighting the IOF right now or defending Alawis from massacres. they are genuinely popular for this reason. and yes, they have weapons because they refused to surrender them to the "new government". this was smart to do.

nobody wants Syria divided except the imperialist powers and their ethnic compradors -- of which Abdi, Jolani, and al-Shoufi all are. the movement in the south at the grassroots level has always been against the Israeli occupation.

HTS conveniently ignores IOF troops and writes angry letters while SSNP guerillas and local sheep farmers have the balls to actually shoot at them.

And if you notice that these armed groups aren’t releasing statements every other day talking about “we want our own state to defend ourselves” BS. Coz these are actually genuine.

the "Suwaida Military Council", mostly made up of ex-Ahrar al-Sham salafi scum, does not represent the Druze community. I agree they should be opposed but this has to be done by progressive and anti-zionist Druze at the grassroots level.

nobody denies that these communities have wealthy zionist compradors embedded within them. but my point is that this logic also has to extend to the government in Damascus as well as proxy actors like the "Suwaida Military Council" or the fascist YPJ. all these forces were put in place by competing imperialist powers.
