The narrative that the US does not care about Persians is usually met with "we will fix it, anyway." Which has somehow persuaded hopeless diaspora Iranians. Is the current revolutionary autocratic government worse than the alternative...? How will the unjustified bombing by the United States and Israel ensure stability after the government collapses? You'd be hard-pressed to find any examples like that historically.
