Iran has to simply beat them in a war of attrition. Which wont be hard to do. Patriot systems are having trouble taking out Iranian missiles. Only the THAAD systems can take them out but they are outrageously expensive and ordinance capacity and production for them will be severely depleted in a sustained conflict.
