The only people that overrate him are the typical Yeezus/Blonde/TPAB listeners that started listening to rap in 2016 and think To Pimp A Butterfly is the greatest rap album to ever exist because it's mildly alternative
TPAB def a top 20 rap album imo.

Nah TPAB def better than several hiphop classics from the 90’s and 2000’s .

I don't think his Top 20 album has to be TPAB though. If he does have a top 20 album OAT it can be GKMC or TPAB.
I'm also taking a few Outkast, Tribe, Nas, Biggie and Dre albums before TPAB. And that's just the 90s decade
One of the few niggas to actually give us classics on some cinematic s*** like the legends use to is overrated? This gotta be the worst generation when it comes to music taste meanwhile these other niggas rapping bullshit with them simple ass bars and y’all eat it up smh
Not sure. However - if you aren't drinking an ice cold Mountain Dew from your local convenience store on a hot summer day like this... You're missing out!

Just agreed to disagree
love Al those artist and I can argue for Atliens, Illmatic and ready to die but that’s about it.
Nope. I didn’t care for MMTBS much but every album he dropped before that is in the good-classic range to me. Happy to enjoy him in the moment
