Nobody post Cole, Kendrick and Drake is marketable as a rap superstar. None of KTTs faves, none of the ones that passed away either. Been a desert of true rap super stardom last decade or so

Ngl, I barely listen to new albums. Yeat is really the only new artist I like and check for. If it’s not old s*** from recent years, it’s like 80’s/90’s hits. I’m 26. Think I’m just getting old.

We need the future Big 3 to step up already

Wont be unless they are as lyrical as Drake, Kendrick, and Cole.

unfortunately the big 3 have all passed away

there’s too much street music not enough people making good rap with broad appeal like when kanye, drake, wiz, big sean, black hippy, j cole, kid cudi, big krit, and more were all making noise. regular average person doesn’t wanna listen to YB even though he’s great

Gunna/YSL was the very last hope for mainstream rap music
