Not really. It’s just acknowledging the reality that different groups of people in different parts of the western world have different cultures.

But those differences are slowly erased. It’s an on going process. And this process started before WWII but became huge with the Marshall Plan.

I’m not talking about the quality of the music, you miserable tard, I’ve been listening to his music since 2011. Your whole response is a huge strawman argument.

If an artist tries to make political statements, he wants to pose as a relevant voice for our era, he ought to be criticized for his politics, his discourse and the way he conveys his ideas.

Drake doesn’t feel the need to pose as an important political voice so criticizing him on this ground would be stupid. Do you get it? Or are you too stupid to understand like most Cuckfolks?

    Kendrick is a liberal

no serious communist in America is wondering if Kendrick Lamar has revolutionary potential for the proletariat

he already gave his stance on how he feels about trying to change the world in MMBS

Kendrick getting recognized by liberal bourgeois institutions for his approach to social commentary is to be expected. It doesn’t make it revolutionary nor does it negate how it connects with listeners

You’re still missing point, miserable tard. And you still can’t explain why I shouldn’t criticize his political stance and how detrimental and hypocritical it is.

Why is that funny? Please explain. Because this s*** is starting to feel lowkey racist and ignorant on your part.

your point is trying to hyper a***yze one artist instead of recognizing that most artists aren’t going to have revolutionary politics while growing up in a liberal system, much less going into any professional industry

what you’re saying isn’t new, black bourgeoisie and other marginalized groups always have actors that materially align with the ruling class but still espouse rhetoric that’s friendly to average ppl

instead you choose to b**** about Kendrick being some unique sinister figure subverting black American issues away from capitalism and lecturing other black people on why their stupid for listening to him

But keep pretending to be some enlightened Marxist seething on a forum about American music thousands of miles away while you have an avy of Kanye west next to Marx, Engels, etc

Go lecture your European buddies on how to stop throwing banana peels at black peoples and making failed neo Nazi states before you post another ed rant

There is one dominant culture that is erasing others so yeah, I think this statement is quite accurate.

They've reached "J Cole went double platinum with no features" and "You wouldn't understand Cole's music, it's too deep" territory

Always has been. The difference is drake is so fun to rag on that it over shadows Kendrick’s nerd aura

Kendrick is being so praised to offer a “conscious” rapper that the mainstream approves of

He is replacing Public Enemy and KRS One in the history books because his politics are more agreeable with the status quo and less threatening

Clearly you’re too mentally challenged to understand that a sentence like “he hasn’t said anything relevant about those topics since Section80” implies that he mentioned those topics since but hasn’t said anything relevant about it. Pretty redundant, heh? But that’s what it takes to educate with an idiot.

Clearly you’re too stupid to understand that I’ve never said that.

Kendrick’s discourse is liberal because it’s fundamentally idealistic. It never accounts for materiel reality. It’s bourgeois in essence.

you dont think kendrick has said anything relevant about race or mental health since section.80? that the hill you're choosing to die on?

    you're clearly in your feelings

    Another strawman.

Are you able to argue sincerely or are you just another piece of s*** who uses every dishonest and petty tactic to discredit his interlocutors? Now, you miserable pigfuck, let me clarify that question by saying that it is purely rhetorical. There’s no doubt in my mind that you are a piece of s***. So my attempts to argue in good faith are ending here.

You are indeed ed if you think that Kendrick has anything relevant or substantial to say about any of the topics he mention in his songs, wether you’re black, white, Latino or Asian. You’re a cuck if you give any credit to his thoughts. Period. Your point was that he speaks to people on an individual basis and that’s okay if you get to identify with his discourse on an individual level, rightl? But that’s exactly what I’m pointing out, you f***ing !

If you get people to focus on their personal, narcissistic complexes instead of paying attention to socioeconomic structures, you’re basically reinforcing bourgeois ideology.

    You’re proving my point.

If an artist is mystifying crucial issues and is hiding those problems behind a veil of idealism, he must be criticized because what he’s doing is basically a psyop. Saying that Kendrick isn’t the only problematic artist is just a form of whataboutism. We’re talking about Kendrick, you pathetic cuck, that’s why I’m focusing on him. But I’ve never said that he was the only one guilty of this hypocritical stance.

Kendrick can cop-out and pretend he never tried to be anyone’s savior but his entire career proves otherwise. His discourse proves otherwise. And the fact that he’s got the nerves to go on stage and perform with a crown of thorns proves otherwise.

I’d gladly lecture those neo-Nazis but here’s the thing: racism is a structural issue, you f***ing tard. My lectures won’t change s***. But guess what? Those neo-Nazis happen to be financed by the CIA and NATO. And this s*** has been going on since operation Gladio. So yeah, it’s basically a consequence of American imperialism. Once again, your stupidity is proving my point.

Here’s a fact for y’all: I’m the only communist and Marxist on this forum. I’ve read Marx and Engels. I’ll crush you all in a debate.
