i was gonna type out a response but i realized that there’s really no point
if these niggas can’t understand that their personal experiences with things shouldn’t dogmatically extend to everyone else + also don’t grasp that the extremist versions of religions (such as the Islamic Regime that was just named, Christian nationalism etc) are fringe and don’t represent the religion authentically, then it is what it is

This is the same thought process white people have toward black folk when something happens. They view us all as older and more aggressive than we are and it’s an unfair brush to paint someone with.

You guys hide behind your reason to be mad as some sort of reason for your aggression when the topic arises. How ever you feel about religion and religious folk( whether mad or happy) shouldn’t affect your temperament with me or ppl of that religion that you never met.
White people use this same logic with black folk.
I don’t care if your shop got robbed by 10 black people, that’s doesn’t give anyone the right to judge the 11th. Be mad just don’t treat me like I personally robbed you because I didn’t.

I think religiously there are points where peoples’ own passions overcome the content they need to review in their own lives
In the golden age of Islam, scientists learned methods of surgery and medicine that went against scripture with the blessing of local religious leaders because of the practical value of this knowledge
The same should be said for whatever historical a***ysis is going on with the teacher (from what I can tell). These are not his own portrayals and these are not meant to present a narrative about Muhammad. I think reservations about the sacrilege are being misdirected
