The Wyndfinder -- CRPG that takes heavy inspiration from the OG's. Graphics look a little underbaked but it's only an alpha. Main thing to look out for this game is the systems-- seems like they're very in-depth and grid-based tactical combat is always welcome

Cresata -- 2.5D action side-scrolling platformer. Heavily and obviously inspired by Castlevania and Strider. Cool grappling gimmick, very nice graphics style, and what looks to be a pretty in-depth combat system for a Castlevania-type game

Is Witchbrook ever gonna drop man?
Trusting Chucklefish to make a finished and good game

Not technically indie (505 games are publishing) but close enough
Dungeon Lurker -- Action roguelike with retro-inspired 2.5D spritework. No procedural generation, 30 unique levels to go through. Based off the description, seems to have a good, compelling narrative to go along with the very dark atmosphere and background of the game.

BLAST VEIN -- Retro-like FPS roguelite with horror/thriller elements. Not much information about gameplay but the setting and art style look incredible.

Endacopia -- Out now, really charming and funny little point and click by a well-known indie animator with some really cool thriller elements (to not spoil much).
If you like oldschool adventure games that you spend a lot of time interacting with the NPC's and environment, check this one out.
Demo included too : )

Ringwyrm -- Immersive horror survival game. Really cool, unique looking setting and art design in a voxel-ish environment. 2027 slated release. Reminds me slightly of King's Field and Baroque

September 8th
