Honestly don’t see how Kendrick could possibly lose. He’s squeaky clean and although Drake is teflon there’s just too much he could say about him

Anyway I’m intrigued too see how this pans out

idk we didn't know drake had a kid before the last beef so i could imagine some dirt on kendrick being exposed

would it stain his legacy where would he be in 2,5, 10 years from now?

At worst he still won't have lost as much as cole

Yep. Then the Big 3 becomes Drake, Future and Travis Scott. First time we have no conscious or lyrical rappers near the top. Genre is cooked

it’s not that serious lol nas and jay were both relevant after nas won

  • Apr 16, 2024

wouldn’t even be surprised if kendrick and drake hash it out in the future

the longer kdot waits the more people are gonna assume he is getting help from people having issues with drake right now to somehow pull a WIN

dude had 6 months to get ready for this beef since he felt so offended by FPS lol

This would def hurt his legacy, he been aggressively baiting Drake since 2013, and he’s the rapper rapper out of them both. So any type of L Kendrick gets will cut deep

  • Apr 16, 2024

they should close registration for a while, these grey avis are shameless

  • Dipset Forever

This is such a reach loool

It's facts 5ive beats produced the track.

Anything that can be said about Drake has already been said by everyone else

Kendrick will have to go out of his element to make a compelling diss track

?????? Where did I state he hasn’t sneak dissed Kendrick?

But it is Kendrick who always had that vibe of “I WANT this to happen and crush you”, Drake seemed like he wanted to duck Kendrick and hoping it wouldn’t lead to an all out rap war so that’s why I was so surprised he replied so fast and direct instead of continuing to throw subs

You can’t tell me Drake has ever baited Kendrick the way Kendrick did back on Control (where it was obvious he was mainly fishing for a Drake response) and the BET Cypher afterwards where he said “and nothing been the same since they dropped Control and tucked the sensitive rapper back in his pajama clothes”

He lost in 2013 if we’re keeping it a buck.

Don’t think Dot thought this all the way through. He would have to surpass The Story of Adidon, how the f*** do you top that?

Hoping this is all staged lol

Kendrick on control was him being a real nigga, it was competitive and direct, bro literally name dropped Drake, in response Drake spent years sneak dissing and moving slimey, that's b**** behavior I'm sorry

"You can’t tell me Drake has ever baited Kendrick the way Kendrick did back on Control" you make it seem like kendrick went out of his way to get on Drakes nerve but he called out like the whole industry, why people act like control was exclusively aimed a drizzy I'll never understand

Also wasn't the bet Cypher a response to Drake when he said "I don't know why they be lying but your s*** not that inspiring' that was a response not a bait imo

If Kendrick loses to Drake then hip-hop dies.
Don't like to engage in Great Man Theory but non fast food rap desperately needs a win right now

    Yeah, I agree.
I think some people are too hard on the more mainstream aspects of modern hip hop, but the fact is that if the more conscious and righteous side falls off from the public perception entirely, s*** will get much worse.
Hip hop needs to be dangerous at times. It needs to be caring, it needs to stand for something.
If we lose one of the, if not the, only lyrical rappers with substantive content to this, the entire beef might actually be a net loss for hip hop
