Nah that’s hilarious.
He tried to post some racist s***, TAked, deleted the post, and then got banned.

Dats what u call "Reaching across the aisle"
Aka liberals reaching across the aisle to fascists to work together every... single... time
first sentence was lowly regarded so why bother
The funny thing is that, in comparison to other people here, I didn't even use insults. I was attempting to demonstrate how ill-informed your position in a clear manner showcasing why people feel the way they do, and why it’s not the Mexican immigrants’ fault, but your response of calling me re tarded due to your poor reading comprehension reveals your immaturity. It's also ironic that you also criticise users for being overly emotional after doing that.
It's almost like gambling with people's lives, and inaccurately comparing the United States to countries such as Japan gives you no benefit of the doubt.
yea thats what people are doing according to posts on twitter and reddit in LA, holding up US or Cali flags
Why would they wave american flags when the american state is doing illegal s*** to people who actually make the s*** run in any capacity (immigrant workers + especially in california)
The point of pride is show that in the face of oppression you are still proud of who you are and where you come from and you are not afraid to represent that no matter what.
This is the second term of a blatantly racist administration who campaigned on calling immigrants rapists and murderers and demonizing entire communities. So in the face of that it makes sense to say "Hey, f*** you, I'm proud of where I come from"
The US is a diverse country with people of all different backgrounds. One of the few good things about it
edit: I don't want to come off as mad at your question because you're not being malicious or obtuse or anything. I understand thinking about the optics but its also pretty normal in a diverse place for people to wave their flags in a positive sense. It's just representing their community and I don't think tiptoeing around what racists or reactionaries might think is the right way to go about things. They'll get mad at anything
The vast majority of the world should be considered an ethnostate. It’s pretty much the natural state of human cultures.
America is an extremely unique experiment in racial and cultural integration. It’s far from perfect, and work has to be done to make it continually functional. Sometimes that work is messy unfortunately.
As they say in my people's Indigenous language, Wiksa sapa ukllusiki, Kikiyki wañuchikuy

yall are just a highly empathetic, very emotionally charged bunch on this site. imagining an idealized world that doesn’t exist.
If I sought out asylum in Japan tomorrow, maybe they’d let me in for a while. Should I expect that I’m good for life and they couldn’t decide to kick me out at a moment’s notice? Of course not, because it’s not my country. Is Japan an evil Nazi country for making me leave?
😭😭😭

There it is
I’m half surprised he didn’t use the “racism is natural, tribes used to do it for their survival and continuation of their lineage” 4chan talking point

damn
we missed out
... next time
the most i saw from the footage i watched was someone had an upside down american flag lol
I think the fact that this isn't a moment of 'national pride', but rather something to the opposite, would make it less likely for people to have US flags regardless.
Once again though it's not bad to think about what the best optics are to get a message across but i don't think the us flag was gonna mean anything especially in the context of these protests
yall are so emotional on this website 😭 take a deep breath. Some people are going to have to go back to living in their native countries. It’s a shame that we don’t live in a perfect magical beautiful world and we can’t all hold hands and sign kumbaya and let everyone in and let everyone stay and we can’t all dance under rainbows forever. Maybe one day :)
I cant imagine what your life has to come to to be trolling like this on ktt2. I hope you find inner peace
all these federal agent ran accounts popping out of the woodwork talking about “black people let’s mind our business” just like for palestine actions
the one thing they fear most is a united front
