The date on the man made calendar we use to measure time matches the same date you were born on, big deal. OP you’re sounding a lil bit like those ppl who don’t mention their bday at all leading up to it and almost keep it a secret just to “see who really cares” about you then gets butt hurt when nobody remembers.

I used to be one of those people and I say that to say: don’t manufacture sadness for yourself. Everyone has s*** on their minds and think about all the ppl whose bday’s you’ve forgotten yourself. Does that mean you don’t care about them?

Take yourself out, show yourself some love this year and next year be a lil bit more open with those around you about your anticipation for your bday cause it obviously means a lot to you.
