It's Pac, BIG, Cube and then you can add your Wayne/Kanye/Em/kendrick/jay etc... for the last spot.
Pac and BIG undebatable. Without those two, all the names I mentioned would cease to exists as we know them
Not enough mf's on this site have gone through their Pac and BIG phases yet and it shows
No Wayne doesn’t have the consistency
The influence alone warrants a spot imo.

A spot yea I totally agree but saying “over pac and biggie” is a bit much
Wayne the greatest to ever do it inspired all your favs
If inspiration is what matters then nas, Jay Z, Rakim, biggie and pac has influenced every good rapper you can think of.
And just like that we went from big 3’s to Mount Rushmore’s
man they just asked me my Mount Rushmore’s in an interview

I’d put him over Biggie lowkey.
Wayne got a better discog than him.

I’d disagree what Wayne project is better than ready to die
Even if Wayne has 2 exceptional projects he also has like a lot of ass horrible music
Wayne don’t have an album better than ready to die, life after death,me against the world or all eyez on me

There’s isn’t any better but his mixtapes plus carters > biggie discog
Ready to die is a perfect album though.
and do you got a good thread ?
This sounds smart to an idiot

Yea I get u the level of rly good content is a lot while big has just the most perfect debut album
S***, he got one of the best double albums too
Two giants
But I think every hip hop fan on earth should hear ready to die and it’s mostly aged really well no matter if u were there or not Wayne not so much throughout a whole project except for carter 2

Love Carter 2 & 3 the same honestly, both brilliant and 5 is severely underrated.
But yeah nothing really compares to ready to die, still holds up 30 years or so later
Imagine taking post malone opinion on hiphop seriously and saying this bs
the older you get the more you realize that the biggie and pac narrative is basically like having juice wrld or xxxtentacion in your top 5 but for oldheads
Putting Juice World and XXXTENTACION in the same sentence as Biggie and Pac is the crime here
New generation listeners of Big and Pac would be better off saying "I just don't understand why their top 5" vs what's being said in this thread lol
This Japanese artist literally learned English by listening to 2Pac, Wayne possibly doesn't even have this type of influence
