Shouldnt be an issue about the shock collar itself. Its the improper use of it. Like if you dont tell the dog what to do, its not gonna learn anything by just shocking it. in the video there is no command issued to the dog. He just zaps him for getting off the dog bed. So how the f*** is the dog going to know what its supposed to be doing?
