Donald hate went from being very reasonable in 2011 to being just blind hate in 2020.
Yup. Everyone still has 2011 Gambino engrained in their brains living rent-free...

There's literally no reason now to hate on this man's progression, and they still acting like he's the same person as he was in 2011.
This is dog s***

It’s actually kind of funny / entertaining to see just how deeply these people despise him for being ‘corny’ and unafraid to express himself. But yeah his progression is one of the most incredible trajectories. Imagine if any of these people even heard ROYALTY with an open mind
This man released a top 5 OAT rap mixtape eight months after Camp and still so many of you carry all that hatred

I wouldnt say of all time but the progression from Camp to Royalty is unparalleled. I cant think of too many other artist that went from corny to dope in the course of one project.
Seen a lot of people say Bino sounds like Kodak on Vibrate
I think he sounds like OLD Bino.... like 2009 and before Bino lmao.
He just doesn’t sound awful. Like it’s his old trash voice but good lmao
THOUGHTS...
While “3.15.20” may seem grand in sound and elusiveness in presentation, this album throughout its hour runtime essentially amounts to nothing. I can compliment this album in saying it had decent at best ideas and you clearly hear that in the songs. However, when put all together in an attempt to be some experimental/groundbreaking thing is where this project falls apart. These songs have no reason to be as long and excessively self-indulgent as they are. You can bring in all the amazing producers you want in the world and your album can sound “nice,” but it’s so obvious when an artist is as uninspired as Donald Glover was making this thing. The repeated choir vocals and lyrical motifs which I guess are supposed to represent some “universal black themes” come off as very in-genuine knowing Donald Glover’s background. It’s like he wants the approval of a certain crowd, when in fact this will only be the soundtrack to Williamsburg residents. I don’t really have a lot more to say, but this was a pain to get through.
Stupid edgelord take but it’s what i’ve come to expect from you
Still like this but not as much as I did initially, some of these songs don’t warrant the long length.

Seriously think this guy hit the nail on the f***ing head
most of this is what I've been thinking the whole time, just unable to articulate it
This album has a dark ass creepy undertone that genuinely gives me anxiety when I listen to it
There's a contrast between pure euphoric bliss and this underlying darkness that's so f***ing unsettling and it breaks through in Warlords
the constant heavy breathing and the sounds of screaming is f***ing terrifying
