Then 99% of future listeners only know that version cus they don’t even know anything’s wrong cus it’s the streaming official version. Edan confirming they’re taking the time to clear samples gives me hope though even if it probably won’t be anytime soon.

casual's for sure hated on it but nah the hardcore entitled fans were going in and made out it was awful. i think people wanted more of the same thing. gotta remember there really isn't anything on there that sounds like the mixtapes. its a completely different sound. or some people might have wanted massive sounding aesthetic style tracks like the title track kiss land and they didn't get it. Kiss Land is way more stripped back for the most part.
