I accept your apology
murder is premeditated. proving he intended to kill is much more difficult
He’s obviously fantasized about killing black , mentally I’ll , homeless person

that doesn’t make it any easier to prove in court man. reality.
Forgot about this from a couple months ago. What are the chances! Who saw this coming. More cops on trains, cut funding to DHS, and get the homeless out by any means possible 🤔
It’s murder but the guy’s lawyer will probably be able to fight it down to manslaughter if the judge is a racist c**
the guy is a marine
he knew what he was doing

I believe it’s 2nd degree murder but yes manslaughter is a way way more likely outcome
Ngl them tweets rub me wrong cuz even if he wasn’t a Michael Jackson impersonator or black who cares. He didn’t deserve to die.
Like they shouldn’t be having to do all this to argue that he didn’t die lol it almost feels like a respectability thing
In this particular case I think it's important to tell people who he was. It's extremely rare you hear anything about a homeless person who dies or is killed.
On top of that, this homeless person is something of a local celebrity in the city. There's probably a ton of times I've seen him over the years dancing and doing his MJ act whenever I'm in the city and I'm just now finding out more about who he actually is.
It's like when the Queen of Brooklyn, Nenobia Washington died. Yeah she was popular online as meme/influencer, but to those who have been around her in Brooklyn she was genuinely dope people

Ngl I live in NY and never really heard of bro but I see your point, it humanizes them, yeah.
I guess I was just thinking in the sense that no matter what he was killing him was wrong
this rights defense of this s*** is just so sickening. same story as EG and Floyd. just replace cop with rogue hardo military nutcase
how long until we get the toxicology report that shows he had weed in his system and that’s “actually” what caused him to die. i mean s***s almost like clock work atp with the right and their moronic takes

There have been people theorizing that the guy who did it was plain clothes. To me it's not that far-fetched, but it really speaks more to people just not giving a damn about the homeless. Along with not knowing how to respond to them. Proves why that budget cut was more sinister than good.

Wouldn't be all that surprising. Ex-Marine? S*** the NYPD would love to bring him in
from the nyc reddit:
This man jumped on me, grabbed my shoulders, and pushed me towards the tracks Sunday night at this very station. I was able to run away but he got physical and chased other people standing on the platform before getting on an uptown train. This whole thing is so sad.
reddit my nigga?
