uzi is for sure a worldwide superstar
Can he do them sold out stadium shows like Travis did in Europe? cuz if not I wouldn't call Uzi a worldwide superstar
There is variety. I'm merely commenting over the landscape of s*** entirely.
Like we don't have to go back a decade. 2022 and 2025 imo might be the best years we've had for hip hop in a while.
I agree with you overall I believe insert
I'm just not on defcon 5 just yet
i feel like he's a huge artist maybe im overestimating
I’m sure he could fill up a Fortnite virtual concert or whatever but stadiums is different, but this is also why I don’t believe the internet 99% of the time, because s*** can look way more popular than it actually is

he seems more of a personality than an artist
uzi is for sure a worldwide superstar
Uzi is a super talented artist who I'd say is a star but not a SUPERstar
35
i assumed you were 45 by that comment. im in my late 20's but to me uzi is a disciple of lil wayne like he's not weezy but uzi can really rap his ass off and on his best day can go bar for bar with anyone and from his generation maybe peak kodak black can see him. uzi just has crazy versatility and at his core is just an incredible rapper to me
I clearly stated that it’s the fans who got tired of hiphop but the same listeners who always been here are still here? None of the other genres have significantly rose in any way nor reached the peak hiphop has reached or gone above it in its decline but ya’ll keep focusing on only hiphop cause pop/country/rock fans finally leaving
Where the other artists from these other genres that compare to the stars always required from hiphop? why can hiphop consistently produce and did produce a new crop of artists that charted highly in the 2020s and that be harshly judged compared to other genres who didn’t do the same?
Pinkpantheress
Sabrina Carpenter
Tyla
Chappelle Roan
Olivia Rodrigo
Who after 2020 in rap is on this level other than Yeat maybe

i misspoke, i meant arena. there's like 7 rappers total that can do a stadium
The “We don’t care about rap we just wanna be famous” era got what they wanted tbh

And that's just a big reason why I will never care about hip-hop and R&B's place on the charts. Plenty of great music from both genres that have come out, and will continue to come out. Regardless of whatever their status is to Billboard.

I get you
he has just had some features that really turned me off on him that were so out of place on albums (pusha t Tyler and future albums) that traumatized me almost
I personally can't wait til hip-hop and R&B returns to being more niche and primarily consumed by Black people.

nah not at all. only rappers that can do that imo are trav, eminem, 50 cent, snoop dogg, drake, and kanye. i don't think jay z, kendrick, cole, or any of these other guys could do a stadium overseas
parity made the nba worse now it's making music worse
cavs warriors finals four years in a row is legit why i was only watching finals in 2010s

Jay, Kendrick, and Cole are all doing stadiums overseas as we speak

When foreigner or a nonblack rants about how they aren’t into rap anymore i genuinely look at that like a net positive for the culture
could see this
bra he did like 300k last year
I get you

i thought uzi rapped his ass off on the pusha t album lol im just a huge uzi fan one of the GOATs if you ask me

Kendrick has already done a stadium overseas I’m pretty sure

Bonus points if they got as big as these artists whilst still fundamentally making relatively lyrical rap music a la Kanye West Kendrick Lamar Drake Lil Wayne 50 Cent DMX Eminem vs. Katy Perry Taylor Swift John Mayer Maroon 5 P!nk Marilyn Manson The Black Eyed Peas etc lol
bra he did like 300k last year
First week sales alone don't make you a superstar
That album fell off the face of the earth after it dropped
bra he did like 300k last year
I'm agreeing with you.
huge second week drop of though.
his last 3 albums were so incredible and deserved the supe om tho
Jay, Kendrick, and Cole are all doing stadiums overseas as we speak
i didn't know about kendrick and cole love to see that
