Consoles can pull 4K 60fps, that’s 2080ti territory there. Let’s say we’re in a world where you could actually get a GPU, just the MSRP of a 2080ti is more than a console at $699. Now let’s say you wanted 30fps at 4K that’s 1080ti which is at this point maybe $499? - But remember consoles have RT that GPU doesn’t. Add in all the other components and again unless you have the budget for it then the better option is a console for gaming.

Now looking at it realistically in 2021 you’re not getting either at MSRP and they’re selling for upwards of $1k.

So all in all, yes PC is better but the cost is not just a small difference. And you have to somehow find a 20 and 30 series GPU, which is near impossible to even match the consoles now.

Say what you will about DS but Kojima is one of the only developers still trying to make unique and bizarre games. His games are special so him making one exclusively for Xbox is a pretty big deal

Obsidian, ninja theory , arkane , playground games , the initiative and some others make this s*** look lopsided on the exclusive side when things actually start dropping (beginning later this year if we not including flight simulator) . Xbox really will have a notable exclusive dropping at least every quarter and all on game pass
