its true tho this type of rhetoric is the reason why it's hard to have a fair and good discussion
the higher infection rates is moreso people just hanging out together not taking covid srs here in the states. so yeah you’re right.
No that's only one of the reasons
US and Cuba have a weird link to each other though that’s different than any old capitalist country we could pull out of a hat
na the link isn't weird it's pretty linear but its just been going on for so long now

Linear = not weird
Wish I was GM of america so i could trade our communists for these protestors

Dont wanna ruin ur joke but the US wouldnt be happy until the Cuban govt capitulates
Funnily enough tho Cuba actually did let the ruling class who were unhappy w the revolution dip
Linear = not weird
tell me how its weird ? its really simple to understand
Wish I was GM of america so i could trade our communists for these protestors
Yeah me too
These protestors are great
tell me how its weird ? its really simple to understand
It's not simple though the history of Cuba and the US is a lot more intertwined than other countries and there are reasons for the US and Cuba having bad relations to put it mildly other than strictly having access to Cuban resources.

yeah its been going on since the 40s, but its a simple cause and consequence situation with really only 3 total countries involved (ussr, america, and cuba).
The aggression is one sided though if that's what you meant
i think america went overboard with the embargo but i dont think the aggression at all was onsided

Nah s*** goes back further than that but sure that was a turning point of some sorts

from what i understand their relation was pretty good in the 40s but after the conflict between fidel and batista is when things started going bad.

It definitely was lol, Castro came to the US for good relations, then Nixon said this mans a commie and that's when the US started the aggtession
You have to make a distinction between acts of self-defence and taking back what's yours and aggression, the slave using violence against the slave owner is not equal to when it happens the other way around

Yes definitely, but before that Cuba and US history were already intertwined with the Spanish-American war tho
The racial tensions in this country led to hyperpartisanship that led to politicizing of masks
What other country politicized masks?
goddamn what a stretch
