2. They dont have a widespread block of western social media like China or North Korea do so they can spread their videos there

3. Foreign journalists work in Cuba including those from Western organizations like AP.

4. Anybody is free to visit Cuba (even though the USA doesnt allow its citizens to go there because of the embargo). Cuba has a huge tourism industry.
