oh yea pure sales are just non-existent at this point
I think they have to keep weighting streams relative to how much the album earns - short of just going streaming numbers only thats basically the only way of keeping things consistent
if providers start paying more per stream then streams should get weighted higher and vice versa
similarly to how every song on an album charts nowadays so it looks like newer artists are washing old legends on the charts
